Q: Will I receive the items shown in the photos (this one's is a mystery box, so there is no photo...)? A: Photos are only representations of genre selected and do not reflect the exact items you will receive.

Q: Are the items in new condition? A: Some are in new condition, some are lightly used but in Excellent playing condition. Some items have minor wear on the record sleeves or CD cases. All are vintage to the decade(s) indicated.

Q. Can I make payments on a subscription box purchase? A: You can use ShopPay as shown below the price to make payments, subject to qualification and other ShopPay terms and conditions. See full details at ShopPay link. ShopPay is a third-party service. 

Q: I'm buying this as a gift, how do I indicate the gift recipient's name and address? A: At check out you can enter your address and info as purchaser and a separate name and shipping address for the recipient.  

Q: When are the boxes shipped each month? A: Boxes ship on the 15th of each month (new orders received after the 10th of the month will ship the following month)

Q: Can I cancel the subscription once started? A: No, so please choose your box and term length carefully.
